Those people that are interested in contacting HEATHER BOLTON.

I have been in contact with Randy Bolton who lives in Comox Courtenay area, you can look up on the internet telus 411 and get his phone number. I did talk to Heather quite a while ago and she was not interested with coming. I have  misplaced her number but Randy did give it to me.

Cherene Palmer (1966)

I would like to take advantage of this  opportunity to express my supreme appreciation to each and every person who worked so long and tirelessly toward making this rich, rewarding, fifty year reunion experience possible.  It was extremely delightful to reconnect after a very, very long absence.

Farrel Palmer --Almost everyone, I had a chance to visit with, asked about you, proving once more that your winsome, magnetic personality is still shining through.

I love you big brother, and am hoping and praying for your health and a speedy recovery.

Re Ron's post #262 - would just like to observe that, with over 20,000 hits, it is very obvious that there are a whole bunch of us who just love this site. This reunion has been a big deal for many of us, and will be for some time to come, for many, many reasons. For me - just establishing and re-establishg contact with many of you. This is very big for me. I so appreciate what you guys have done here - Ron, and Pat, and all of you who have put so much work into this thing. Thank you very, very much. I hope you will each be able to reward yourselves with a time of real relaxation and unwinding.

Wasn't the band amazing last night? Ernie - you sure have a great singing voice, and the ability to use it well! I just loved hearing you. And,Orly (Harreson) - you did it! Your pulling together of the Ambassadors and Friends was a true success!  My thanks to all the band members - and to all the others who did the miming and lip synching. You were adorable (the ladies, that is), and just a real blast from the past!

I was very touched to see the tribute to Tak Toyota added to the website.  Sitting in the bleachers at PCSS during the first few Blossom Festival Battle of the Bands was a life changing experience for me.  Thousands of teens flocked to Creston to cheer on their favorite groups, and many of the musicians went on to play professionally.    A few years later I was involved in supplying the bands that played at the BoB, and put on dances and concerts all over the Kootenays.  Thanks Tak, for starting the fire.

Now home, I want to thank all those who did so much to make this work, and so well! It was great to see all of you (at least, those I could remember...). Will there be a chance to not only look at the group photos, but to post pictures as well?

Don Carlgren--#20001 in the future, please

Roy MacGregor (1966)

I can think of no better way to have spent this past weekend. Being asked to Emcee this event was certainly an honour and l thank Ernie and Pat for having asked me. It was said in the sixties that the kids in Creston would go a long way to attend a party and once again they have proved that. The enthusiasm shown for this event both by the comittee and the attendees shows once again the true spirit of the 60s. I tell people what the sixties was like in the Kootenays and they look at me in disbelief assuming that l,m making it up,now l have the video proof.
I start my trip back to Alberta today but it should be short as l have all these wonderful new memories to keep me occupied. A big thank you to all who attended you,ve helped remove another item from my bucket list.

Linda Mahoney (Streifel) (1965)

Right up until the day we left home I had huge doubts about coming to our reunion. Once I walked into the Legion hall on Friday I knew I was doing the right thing.  Congratulations to the committee who worked so hard to organize this for us. Wow what feasting and gabbing we did.  I reconnected with old friends, made some new ones and enjoyed myself immensely.

Corliss Allen (Lazowski) (1965)

Just want to give a heartfelt thank you to each committee member for the reunion weekend.  It was a great time reconnecting with old friends.  It was everything and more that I could have asked for.  Ambassadors really were special and brought back happy memories of teen town.  Once again thank you

Jean Knezacek (Lindgren) (1964)

What a wonderful time.  Another thank you to add to the long list for the committee.  One of my special moments was watching the Constables smooth moves on the dance floor.  Meeting friends I have not seen since 1964/65 was better than I ever imagined.

Karen Paulus (Unruh) (1966)

As a member of the committee, I would like to say thank you  to everyone who attended to make it such a success. It makes all the work so worthwhile. We had a lot of fun.  And watch for the video, Tyson and I edited for 3 hours yesterday, and hope to finish today. Thank you all again for attending, and those who could not make it, all the pictures and messages will fill you in.

Rosanne Plank (Watt) (1966)

My only comment is "WOW", what a great week-end.  Pat, there are no words to describe what

you put together.  Also to Ron and the members of the organizing committee, what a great

week-end, one I am sure that we will treasure in our memories for a long, long time.  The

weather topped off a perfect week-end.  I just about talked myself hoarse.
