Video Kid? Amazing!

I had no idea he was so young!

I understand the team is making new plans.

I vote for an all 60s inclusive. I think it would be surprising how many brothers and sisters and cousins of.... one could find....

Merry Christmas and Happy holidays to all!

What a wonderful year highlighted by a remarkable reunion and now Christmas is upon us with a whole new year to follow. I wish everyone a very happy holiday full of family and friends with health, happiness and prosperity for the coming year. I would also hope that we can repeat the past reunion in some form l know how important it is for us to have something to look forward to. Best Wishes to all!

Dianne Littlejohn (Tjosvold) (1964)

Christmas is here, and I am still feasting on the memories of our September Reunion. It was bigger and better than I had ever dreamed. Seeing so many classmates that I had not seen since graduation, and others that I had only seen sporadically over the years was to say at the least joyful for me. Unfortunately there were many I did not connect with, and all I can say is maybe next time. But for now I would like to wish each and every one of you a Very Merry Christmas, and a New Year filled with many Blessings.

Merry Christmas everyone. I pray that all of you and your loved ones will have safe travel during this holiday season, and that your family gatherings will be warm ones. May there be good connecting and caring going on. And if, in the process, there is also some connecting with our Maker – the One Whose birth we are celebrating – well – that will be the greatest bonus of all.

Just want to say once more, as well, that the connecting we did in September was very meaningful to me. There was a lot of love in those places where we gathered. We have some precious memories we share. I appreciate every one of you. Like Dianne commented, there are still many of you I would have liked to connect with; but you are all on my heart.

May 2015 be a great year for you all. And during the sad; the hard; the bitter times we all go through now and then – may there always be someone there at your side to help you through it. May you feel blessed, and watched over, and cared for.

Take care.

Phil (and for my wife, Stella, as well)

Merry Christmas all!!  Belated thanks to a wonderful time put on by the hardworking Crestonites. It was great to meet with past friends and unfortunate that we did not have longer to relate to many others with which we crossed  during such a formative time of our life.  Best wishes to everyone in the coming year!

Hi Sandra. Karen said she was going to see if Ron wanted to put the information about Cam's Oscar nomination on the site. I just looked around and don't see anything except your comment. Where is the notice please? Now I need to figure out if there is a way to watch the British awards Feb 8th as he will be there for those as well as the LA ones. We are SO excited .Hope we can stand watching the whole thing as I am sure the special / visual effects will be pretty far down the list !

Hi All - Happy New Year. We have been busy getting orientated with our newly elected City Council and Mayor. Congratulations to Ron and Joanna (better late than never) for their re-election. All City Councils in the 'Association of Kootenay Boundry Local Governments" (AKBLG) will be getting together in Kimberly in February for the LGLA seminar. Colleen and I are currently enjoying our vacation in Puerto Vallarta, going back to Nelson on Jan. 31st. Hope all is well for everyone. I agree we should have another get together, 60s - 70s theme sounds good - cheers

Happy New Year to all !

Yesterday, I dropped into Allan B. Staples 99th Birthday party which was held at Crestview Village on Cavell Street.  Brian Staples had sent me an impromptu email to come and bring him good wishes.

Others attending that I was able to visit were:  Brian Staples, Alex Wishlow, Bill and Nan Constable, Nadine Nickel, Dick & Vera Staples,

Mr. Staples still enjoys going out to the Creston Golf Club and driving his power cart around the course and doing a little putting.

Looking forward to visiting him in a year from now !

Ron
